About me; I am 67 yrs old. I contracted polio when I was ten months old. It caused significant atrophy in my left leg. Most exercise apparatuses I tried were designed to build strength or are designed for able-bodied people. As a polio survivor, I found it awkward and difficult to use most gym/fitness center leg machines.

I have had the opportunity to use the FREEBOUNDER® for the past several months. The FREEBOUNDER® gives me the opportunity to exercise my legs, hips, and torso, in ways that I allow me to get an aerobic workout and still have the security of multiple hand hold positions to stabilize myself.
